I had a great time in California, but I am also glad to be back! We had great weather on the trip this year, and the kids were great. Very few bus problems, too! Yahoo!

If you are wondering what they are doing, this is a photo from our photo scavenger hunt (which we tried really hard but did not win). The prize was a ride in a stretch Hummer limo, so we were really bummed when some other teams beat us.Hmm...what else? I did a bit of shopping - got some new clothes for work and some new running clothes. The new Target right across from the hotel was also visited a couple of times. A bit of scrapbooking stuff was found there. ;)
I also got to go boogyboarding in the ocean. It was a lot of fun, except for trying to get the wetsuit off after! WOW - that was hard work! At one point I was being dragged accross the beach as someone tried to pull my foot out of the darn thing. I think there may be some embarrasing video of that adventure too...hopefully it doesnt make it onto the trip DVD.
That is all for now! I have to go do some laundry and maybe get some scrapping done.

Sounds like you had an amazing time. Too bad about the Limo ride, that would have been totally cool, but hey boogy boarding sounds just as exciting!!!
